It is very convenient.
It was in the middle of downtown, so we could visit everywhere. After we enjoyed watching the football game at ercedes-Benzs stadium, we came back the hotel comfortably. The hotel isn’t very new, but it is clean, comfortable and reasonable.

Good location and friendly staff. T here were issues with water not going down the drain in the shower and the toilet handle being kinda of broken meaning that sometimes it would do a 360 degree move. My room was very small but comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Downtown Atlanta, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, but one staff member, Jerine, really stood out. Jerine went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. She was knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for dining and sightseeing that enhanced my visit to Atlanta. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly attitude made me feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The variety of options was impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs, and it provided a perfect start to my day. The hotel's proximity to major attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola was incredibly convenient, making it easy to plan efficient and enjoyable day trips. Despite the high level of service and prime location, I found the pricing to be very reasonable. The quality of service provided far exceeded the affordable price, adding incredible value to my stay. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very accommodating. Thanks to Jerine and the rest of the team at Holiday Inn Downtown Atlanta, my trip was not just a stay, but a wonderful experience. My review would have been much higher if the hotel took care of my problem. It was a small room, but good and comfy beds, clean, shower was great, but it had a glaring problem - that the toilet is so close to the sink that the sink was literally touching my chest and i had to put my arm on the sink as there was no room - much less no way to wipe with my right hand. I complained via a review regarding this issue, and you would think a hotel might try to accomodate and see if there was a better room, but they just apologized and moved on, not caring less. I would expect more. The elevators were small and having issues as well. But otherwise, for this price point, was a good purchase - but for the toilet situation...

Showerhead was falling off, the sink water was plumbed backwards. They didn’t clean my room one day and didn’t take or empty the trash cans. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and they don’t keep coffee in the lobby. You have to go to a second floor mezzanine.

Where is the pride in your branding and product? To hold a deposit for a room at this property is a travesty. For what ? The rooms are in need of repairs and refreshing. Window treatments are broken, curtains are stain and dirty. I stayed in room # 724. It had a lovey view of the Ferris wheel. But I could barely see it , because the window was so dirty. Painting peeling , nicks in the wall . And the hotel had odor, and not a pleasant one. I know this will fall on deaf ears. Corporations are about dollar bottom line , not the customers . This customer won't be back. I will take my dollars elsewhere.

The elevator inspection are NOT up to date . My daughter and I got stuck in the elevator. Manager did even offer a discount or EVEN apologize for the inconvenience. This was one the worst stays.

The room was small, with a very small bathroom. One elevator was not working, and the other two elevators only fit 4 people. We were on the 9th floor, the closest Ice Machine was 5th floor. Checking in was awful. We arrived at 4 and was told the room real be ready soon. Waited one hour before room was ready, front desk person was rude and said 4:00 checkin is not guaranteed. There is not much room in front of the Hotel to drop off your luggage. You have to use the valet, unless you use a private parking garage around the corner.

first of all They didn't have the room ready. We arrived late at night and it was supposed to be ready at that moment . They changed our room twice to give us a “better” room. Yes, it was big but The TV didn't have cable. at the moment we reserved the app said that the parking was available and it is supposed to have one but you had to pay for it. The valet parking horrible!! we had to wait more than 40 minutes to have the car bqck to the lobby and we have to pay for it!! . no black out in the room. no hair dryer. I will not recommend it

This was the perfect location for visiting The Tabernacle. It was a very short walk around the block. The valet service was quick and efficient. I’m glad that we were on the 2nd floor and were able to use the stairs because the elevators were small and slow. One elevator was stuck in the basement. Other guests had long waits at the elevator. Check in and check out was fast and the staff was helpful.

One of the three very small elevators was out, and stairwell locked from lobby to go upstairs. Fridge in room did not work nor did the TV. Shower was excellent.
