最低、最悪
今まで世界中の数多くのホテルを利用してたが、このホテルはその中で最低。 部屋に行くには中庭を通過しなければならないが、カードキーが中庭につながるドアに反応せず、レセプションに鍵の交換を依頼するが拒否。 なんとか部屋に着いたが、前の滞在者のゴミが残っており、バスルームには赤い汚れ(血痕？)が残ったまま。 バスタブにはシャワーヘッドがなく、完全に詰まっており水が流れない為、部屋に逆流。 部屋はカーペットの間から虫が出てくる、ベッドは臭い。 レセプションに部屋の交換を依頼しても、部屋がないからできないと拒否。 2泊の予定だったが、この様な状況なので1泊だけでチェックアウト、だがレセプションは「私は関係ない、私の責任ではない」と言い張り返金を拒否。 私が交渉している間も、多くの他の宿泊客もレセプションに来てクレームを言っていました。 ここは全くお勧めできません、普通に寝ることすらできません。

最悪です
立地条件だけで決めたので、ホテルに期待はしてませんでしたがひどかったです。フロントではまず朝食付きプランなのについてないと言われました。（メールを見せて確認したらOKでしたが）　エレベーターは変な音がして壊れそうで怖いし、部屋に入れば電気がつかない電灯が２つあり、テレビの案内に載っててもつけれないチャンネルが多かったり、ドライヤーは強にすると切れちゃうし。朝食は6時からだったけど15分に行っても始まっておらず、温かいもの（ベーコンや卵など）は全くなくてシリアルとパンのみでした。それほど安い値段でもなかったのにこのレベルなので2度と行きません。

Poorly maintained; room keys didn’t work; assigned a room that should have been out of service as the toilet was taken apart and a towel was on the floor.
