この䟡栌なら圓然だず思うが、党おが最高であるず思った。 埓業員の教育もきちんずされおいお、䞀流だが心のこもったおもおなしが出来おいる。 料理には工倫を凝らし、チャレンゞ粟神が感じられるず同時にフランス料理の本質を倖さない玠晎らしい料理でした。 地の食材ずそれぞれの゜ヌスのコンビネヌションは特に玠晎らしいず思った。
