Directly across the street, you’ll find the Rio Grande Trail, John Denver Sanctuary, and Newbury Park. Parking for one vehicle is available at the building, and the unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Living Room:
The living room features a spacious and comfortable sofa with an ottoman, a Sonos speaker system, and a 55" Samsung Frame TV with cable and streaming services. A wall of windows fills the space with natural light, making the room feel light, bright, and inviting.

Kitchen & Dining Room:
The newly updated kitchen includes white cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new appliances. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The space includes seating for three at the counter and a dining table that seats four comfortably.

Located just across the street, the Ruby Park Transit Center offers convenient, complimentary bus service to the other three mountains (Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass), as well as to the Aspen Airport. You can also ride downvalley to popular destinations like the Glenwood Hot Springs. In the summer months, shuttles provide easy access to the Aspen Music Festival tent, making it simple to enjoy all the culture and recreation Aspen has to offer.
