Durant Unit D5 | Deluxe Condo with Beautiful Furnishings, Great Views, and Central A/C

This top-floor, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condominium features many high-end finishes, overlooks the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, and is only two blocks from downtown Aspen. The condominium features central air conditioning, an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an en suite primary bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub, upgraded bathrooms throughout, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living area, and a wood-burning fireplace in the main living area. This rental also has an in-unit washer/dryer.

Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator. Guests will access this top-floor condo via stairs.

Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, and on-site free parking. This complex has no elevator. The Durant Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain!

Guests of the Durant Condos receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Our family had an incredible stay at this fantastic condo in Aspen! The location is absolutely perfect—extremely close to town and just steps from the gondola, making it a breeze to explore Aspen’s charm. The condo itself is wonderful, with a stylish and cozy design that made us feel right at home. Our kids were thrilled with the bunk beds, which became their favorite part of the trip! The property management team was outstanding, responsive, and ensured every detail was perfect. The nice pool and hot tub were a delightful touch, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. Spotlessly clean and perfectly located, this condo is a dream for families visiting Aspen. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

We enjoyed this property. It was very clean and well stocked for our weekend stay. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location is perfect as it is a 2 min walk to restaurants and shops as well as the gondola. The only downside was it is the top floor and there is no elevator (that we saw). We hiked up several flights of narrow stairs with luggage, groceries etc. overall it was a great property.

Unit changed

We found out a week ahead of time that the unit we booked in February was double booked and we were kicked out of our unit . Frias Properties only had three units left to choose from that were not as nice and bed and bath setup were mot comparable. Very disappointing!
