  • This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium is situated on a desirable corner of the building. Chateau Chaumont is only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include an open living area with comfortable leather furniture, an in-unit washer/dryer, and flat screen TVs. The kitchen and bathrooms all have granite countertops. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

    Common amenities at the Chateau Chaumont include an on-site hot tub and on-site free parking on a first come, first serve basis (underground covered parking available). If onsite parking is not available, a complimentary residential street permit will be provided. This complex has no elevator.
