"The room was clean, very very small. Parking was good. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice. The breakfast was at best ok. It wasn't kept stocked very fast, so when we got there only potatoes and bagels were available. Eventually they brought more fresh fruit, but the egg bake thing was never replaced. You could dine outside the little room. They need to go around and clean the cobwebs of the sitting area out there."

"Great place to stay near downtown Ashland. The kitchen was very well stocked which made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfasts before going out to enjoy a play, shopping and hiking in the area. The king sized bed in the loft was extremely comfortable. It was great to have a bathroom on each floor. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with and the check-in and out process was easy. "

"The room was clean and the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Two big issues though: I arrived later in the evening, and was only able to check in using a remote desk staff who I think was in the Philippines? She was very professional and friendly, but there was another staff member sitting at the front desk of the hotel, right behind me, so I thought it was very strange that the hotel has contracted out to an offshore worker, presumably to save money. I would gladly pay a few more dollars to support a local community member/worker. I won't be choosing this hotel again as long as they are using a remote front desk agent. Second thing: the pillows were very thick and we all had sore necks in the morning. Other than those two issues, we had a very nice stay. And the Morning Glory Cafe next door had an amazing breakfast!!! "
