If there is evidence that you have not showered prior to entering and the filter or water quality are impacted, you may be charged an $85 deep clean/refill fee. - No glass allowed near the hot tub. - Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or in the hot tub. - No parties or events allowed. - No smoking allowed. - No unauthorized pets allowed. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times. - Please do your dishes. - All trash must be bagged or it will not be taken by city garbage services - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Please take care of the furnishings. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. - If the home requires excess cleaning, and additional cleaning charge may be charged upon checkout.
