Walkable to everything downtown Asheville, and even Biltmore Village & easy access to the world famous Biltmore Estate (must drive to enter). Less than 20 minutes to the Asheville Airport. The condo has its own private building parking garage for easy, secure & unencumbered access 24/7.

This luxury condo has been outfitted to entertain the discerning traveler, and has extremely spacious rooms, and an open floor plan for Great Room, Kitchen and dining area. There are multiple outdoor spaces, with a huge private deck for outdoor dining, relaxing, or just people-watching while sipping your morning coffee, or sharing cocktails in the evening before a night out on the town. The bedrooms are equally spacious, with private ensuite bathrooms. Most folks want to come experience multiple restaurants they have read touting world-renowned chefs, but for those that want to stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking any and all types of meals. And there is plenty of space to visit amongst yourselves while cooking, with bar stools too.

Furnishings and accessories are eclectic and stylish, creating a welcoming, calming, functional and comfortable environment to unwind and just take it easy. The rest is all about downtown Asheville, so get out and enjoy!

You are just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Quiet Policy: Please note that the condo is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive downtown mid-rise. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

We had a wonderful 30-day stay at this condo in downtown Asheville. The large patio, which somehow stays cool even when it is hot at street level, was a particularly nice amenity. The indoor parking with EV chargers made our Tesla feel right at home. The unit was attractively and comfortably furnished. There were plentiful high quality appliances. Potentially difficult problems with the TV and washer were dealt with quickly, decisively, and with good humor by Yonder, the management company and Leroy, their excellent representative. The location of the condo is as good as it gets. There is a popular beer and burger spot less than a block away in one direction, and an inviting little cocktail bar next door in the other direction. About a dozen restaurants, including some of Asheville’s finest, as well as numerous shops, galleries , and an excellent museum, are but a few minutes’ walk. (A ball park and performance hall too, if you’re interested). We will be back.

My wife and I and another couple spent the weekend in Asheville for my birthday weekend. Asheville is one of our favorite places and Shelley's Asheville Getaway was the perfect place to stay during our long weekend! Communication with the host was perfect. We had great food and drink, and I was able to see a concert at the Orange Peel which was on my bucket list! Being a short walk from this venue plus the rest of downtown Asheville was a bonus! I was definitely recommend this luxury condo for your next trip to Asheville!

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. It is very comfortable and laid out nicely. The deck is great. It also has everything in the kitchen. We love it. The only downside is the neighborhood can be a bit noisy with cars and garbage trucks.

When looking for a place to stay during my trip to Asheville, many locations were considered. I kept coming back to "Shelley's Getaway" due to location, past reviews and secure, off street parking (important factor to me). Shelley's did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless, the condo was very clean and just as described. With this trip, I wanted to achieve "peace and quiet" and this location provided that. I would highly recommend this location if you are traveling to Asheville. The folks at Yonder were excellent to work with as well. Thanks again, for making this portion of my trip painless, accommodating and easy. Thank you!

The space and location of this property were fantastic. It was within walking distance to many of the breweries and restaurants, incredibly convenient.We loved having the balcony full kitchen into en suite bathrooms.There are three codes needed to access the property, one for the parking garage, one to enter the stairwell and one to enter the apartment. We were not provided with the code to enter the stairwell and had to wait until another resident or Guest came out.The Wi-Fi password we were given was incorrect. There are several different Wi-Fi passwords between communication from the management company and communication at the property. They have neglected to update all of their communication to accurately reflect the Wi-Fi password so this was a little frustrating.Well, the property appeared very clean, the area rugs are incredibly stained from pets, and the apartment has a dog smell. We are dog owners and brought our pets with us. However, we could smell it from the second we walked in. The rugs absolutely need to be thrown out.Overall, it was a great space and we enjoyed our stay. We just feel like the management company needs to give this property, a little attention. With the various Wi-Fi passwords, I’m guessing we’re not the first people to be frustrated. They couldn’t access the Wi-Fi. Also, we are probably not the first guest to have had trouble getting in because we weren’t given all of the codes.

We will come back. The unit is well furnished and located proximate to downtown, restaurants, shops. Walk anywhere downtown. It is comfortable and clean. Parking is secure in gated garage. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at this same condo. I honestly would purchase this unit, that’s how much I enjoy the location & amenities! It is close to all the best breweries, restaurants, & music. The balcony is a great extra space to hang out with a brew in your hand at the end of the day. The property management team are great communicators. The condo is so well stocked with everything you need initially that you don’t have to worry if you come in late your first day. It is so clean & well taken care of. I can’t speak highly enough about the space & location.

Downtown A'vl. Well appointed; very clean. Very secure building & parking garage. Daddy Mac's restaurant was delicious & very close - in the same block. Comfortable furniture. Two primary BR's with en suite baths. The covered balcony was very relaxing and an enjoyable spot. The only negative was the check-in process. The garage code, elevator code, and condo code were confusing, but sorted out after about 15 minutes waiting.

Pristine property in a great location in downtown. The only issues we had were the shower floors were extremely slippery when wet, much more so then any shower/tub we've ever used and the sprayer on the kitchen faucet needs to be either repaired or replaced. It sprays all over the place (on the user and the counters) when turned on. Other than those two minor issues our stay was perfect!

We wanted a downtown location, dog-friendly, for three adults and this was perfect. Added bonus was safe parking, ease of access, and very clean and comfortable accommodations. A fun modern decor with all that you could ask for. A huge outdoor patio was a plus. Kitchen has anything you could require. Living room has plenty of comfortable seating. Plenty of closet space (and luggage racks for every guest!) and great bathrooms. We could walk to several restaurants and shops just steps from the building. Perfect for 2 couples. And our elderly dog was equally impressed - especially LOVED the deck and being able to enjoy outdoors with no leash!

This property was beautiful. The kitchen was huge with brand new appliances with a large island. Ice already made in the freezer - nice! The balcony was very large with lots of comfortable furniture. There is a view to a mountain vista which is very nice. The bathrooms have very nice walk-in showers and fixtures. Just a perfect place and walkable to all the breweries and great downtown Asheville restaurants. Yonder management allowed us to check-in at 2pm which was a nice bonus. We will rent this property again when in Asheville.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful two-bedroom condo in Asheville over Labor Day weekend, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spacious and well-equipped the place was. Every detail seemed to be thought of, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Had a wonderful stay in Asheville. We were able to walk to breweries and restaurants, and the condo was well appointed and safe. The split floor plan with two master suites was perfect for two couples. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning. Easy to communicate with the manager, who graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. Highly recommend —can’t wait to return!
