  • Stunning east city views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this newer, conveniently located condo in downtown Asheville. This 3rd floor condo boasts two queen bedroom, each with private baths. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate and many other area attractions are also just a short drive away. One parking space is available but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

    Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

Incredibly clean, communication was clear, and location was convenient to downtown. Obviously due to the location the exterior balcony was loud but I’d rather be close to restaurants/shopping.

Great location and fantastic accommodation. Everything is walkable downtown and the building is secure. We have stayed here a couple of times and perfect each time.

Only issue is WiFi will not stay connected but other than that it was an incredible place right in the area to allow you to walk to the breweries. The back porch patio is big and great to sit out on and people watch.

Great location!

Easy walk into the main Asheville drag, beautiful and secure accommodations, very comfortable apartment, garage parking, easy check in/out. Location is especially amazing.

I sent my son and husband for a father/so. Getaway. They loved the condo. Said it was so nice and that the location was perfect. 2 large rooms and a large balcony. Very clean and well furnished. They want to go back and stay there again.

Great spot - great location!

We snuck intro Asheville for a quick relaxing weekend and couldn’t have been happier with this stay! Great location, brand new - all the amenities, including parking. Highly recommend

Great Location

Clean and pretty property in a great location in downtown. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was a little loud on the patio and at night due to traffic. We would rent again.
