Located in the heart of Asheville, in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this condo offers guests the best of both worlds. Only moments to local restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries, while also close to the areas natural beauty.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

Great Spot

This was a great place to stay in Asheville. Short walk to tons of good restaurants and coffee shops. The unit was nice and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again!

Wknd get away

We came here for a few days away- location was absolutely amazing! We walked everywhere and were truly in the heart of it all. The place was wonderful- bed and linens were comfortable. Full kitchen available. Quiet street and neighbors. Will definitely try to stay here again

Great Location for Walking Downtown Asheville

Stayed for a short trip and wanted to be able to walk to most downtown attractions. The location of the condo was perfect for visiting downtown breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and the North Carolina Stage Company. Inside the condo is very clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Parking was easy and convenient.

The property was very clean and in the best location to brewery hop! The pre check-in instructions were very clear and we had no issues at all. The condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect long weekend stay!

This was the perfect condo for a long weekend! The condo was as listed- very clean, quiet, and close to everything. You could park and not get in your car again until you left town. We will definitely be back!

Very spacious — more than enough room for two adults. Extremely quiet apartment and room. Easy free parking in back of building. 10 minute walk to many restaurants.

Excellent location. Wonderful decor.

The condo is conveniently located to downtown. Literally within a couple of blocks. Restaurants are right around the corner. The condo is clean and very tastefully and minimally decorated. The building has grills, rocking chairs, outdoor seating areas, excellent Wifi and secure parking. I would DEFINITELY stay here again !

Asheville sojourn

This was one of the nicest VRBO‘s. I’ve stayed at.immaculately, clean beautifully appointed ideal location. I had trouble checking in as I was not Internet savvy. When I called on a Sunday late afternoon, someone immediately answered and dispatched the person who was there within 5 to 10 minutes to solve my problems. Everyone was friendly helpful and made me feel like a valued guest.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had our 2 month old and were looking for a quick simple getaway and this place hit our list. It was located perfectly around the downtown area for nice walk or restaurant/brewery hopping (with a stroller). Its also a qucik drive to Grove Park or anywhere else you want to. Highly recommend it.

Comfortable Condo in Asheville

I have stayed in multiple properties in the Asheville area, and will target this one to go back to in the future. Only complaint would be that the app key access is a little bit complicated.

We loved the location and layout of the condo. It was very pretty and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was noted. Very comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to all of the downtown restaurants.

The location and accommodations were great. The access to the garage and building was frustrating as the app they had us download snd use would randomly work - which left us stranded a few times. Needs to be a better system (QR Code should be considered)
