「ホテルの施設案内的なマップなど何もないのに広いので、初日に色々分からなくて困った。エアコンのリモコンはフロントにもらいに行かないと部屋にはありません。二食付きプランでしたが、夜は飲み物が含まれていないので部屋からお水のボトルを持ち込まないと水代も請求されます。 部屋もロケーションもまあまあ良いのですが、そういう細かいところでサービスが良くなくちょっと残念でした。」

「The staff was very unhelpful and honestly condescending and patronizing. The one thing we did ask them for was to reserve us a taxi to the airport which they said they would do and never did (we then had to scramble to find another way to the airport). The walls are very thin and it is very loud. The beds also only come with a sheet and not a blanket which was strange. There were also surprising fees, some which were cash only upon check in. The location of the hotel is nice though and is close...

「The location of the hotel is far from most excursions on the island, so a car needs to be rented. If you don’t have a driving licence, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as you’ll be stuck at the hotel unless you don’t mind paying for a taxi every time you want to leave the premises. We booked a room with a sea view, which was great to wake up to. However, there were cobwebs in the corners of the room. The hot water in the shower was hit and miss most days, and the shower screen wasn’t cleaned...

「施設は本当に清潔で、ベランダからの景色も良かったです。 ロケーションは、バスステーションからかなり遠く、写真を撮りながらでしたが20分くらいかかったと思います。 (フェリー利用だったため) 正面はソロモス広場というところで、島民の憩いの場所なのか、昼間は何かのイベントがやっていたり、夜は子供たちの遊び場になっている感じで、子供の明るい声が聞こえていて、治安は非常に良く、とてもリラックスできました。子供の声の方が多いくらいです。 スタッフの方には、いろいろと旅の相談をさせて頂きました。嫌な顔一つせず、バスについて質問した時は時刻表を印刷してくれたり、とてと助かりました。 バスステーションから遠くても、また泊まりたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました！」
