Le Chaussis is a spacious, charming 5-bedroom house, fully renovated in 2022, located in the heart of a one-hectare wooded park, adjacent to a 7,000m² private lake regularly stocked with fish (tench, roach, carp, pike). Ideal for gatherings with family or friends. Fishing enthusiasts are welcome!
You'll love the wooded grounds and the south-facing terrace overlooking the pond.
