"I had an incredible stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Panama with my family. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly stood out was how accommodating and attentive the hotel was when it came to our family’s allergies. This is something we take very seriously, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. That level of care made a huge difference for us. The staff overall were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was especially impressive with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. And the drinks? Generous, well-made, and definitely not lacking in alcohol! "Comfy hotel, No shops nearby"

"Hotel/Conference Center adjacent to a very large Shopping Mall and to the National Bus Terminal. Across the highway from the main Panama Domestic Airport. Not the most attractive environment. Hotel was clean and had limited choice dining options on site or within the Mall. Transport was by taxi or Uber. I did hear of a Metro system operating from the Bus Station, but didn't utilize it. Hotel was host hotel for an event i was participating in, so that's why I chose it. Had I known the hotel location beforehand, I would have picked a different hotel closer to the event site."

"Really nice hotel with helpful staff and located in a very nice, safe area. Plenty of good restaurants, especially the pizza at Lucca across the street!"

"Construction was happening on the 7th floor, was a bit noisy. The hotel does need upgrading so I guess this is where the construction was coming in."
