We have rented this home several times and love it. It is the perfect space for our annual multi-generational trip to Lake Okoboji. The beds are comfortable, the open space in the backyard is perfect for our grandchildren and children to play sports. The kitchen is pretty well furnished with dishes and utensils. I would recommend that you bring your own baggies, tin foil, Saran Wrap etc…

Outstanding!

Very clean and spacious house. Everything that is in the description of the home is what you get upon arrival. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for all and the grill and firepit outside were nice bonuses. The 2 car garage is also nice with a bigger party. Highly recommend!

Four Years in a Row!

Have stayed here on four separate trips. Always a great place - lamps and nightstands, nice furniture, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need for a family trip. Will definitely book again next year!

Friends Gathering

Perfect place for our Bachelorette party, enough room for us 6 gals and super spacious to set up fun decorations for all of us to move around each other & the bedrooms were perfect! Very nice place! Super fast response from the owner too!

Lovely location

We always love staying in the Bridges Bay Area! This was accommodating to our two dogs! The place was nice and has a lot of space. Bailey was easy to get ahold of as well as responsive.

Nice accommodation

Nice, clean cabin/house on a nice property. The indoor/outdoor water park was great. The check-in procedure was not very clear. A few minor glitches. Garage code didn’t work, no instructions on how to use the television, Amazon didn’t work along with the fireplace remote. We texted the “host” about these but no response. Finally got the tv and fireplace to work after fiddling around with them. Overall good stay.

The host was very unresponsive. When we arrived the code to the garage door did not work, thankful that the main door code worked. Upon entering and checking the place out I noticed that there were barefoot prints on the kitchen floor, crumbs on the kitchen counter, microwave was dirty, the bottom drawer in the freezer had crumbs and a few hairs in it, the futon was covered in pet hair, The garage floor had something on it that my granddaughter slipped on and almost fell down, some of the chairs on the patio were missing cushions and a couple of the other chairs had ripped seats on them so they were unusable, we wanted to start the grill and there wasn't any propane and the grates looked like they hadn't been cleaned for months, the firepit had empty beer cans in it, the ceiling fans were filthy, the garage floor was also covered with pet hair so if we did open the garage door from the inside so we could carry things into the house easier we tracked in pet hair. Overall we were very upset with the condition of the property. I did reach out to the host about the propane tank, the garage door code and a few other things and never received a response from her.

Nice family gathering space

Our family of 8 adults plus 3 littles really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Do plan ahead if you need anything more than the minimal basics for meal preparation. We really appreciated the large dining table and outdoor seating and common yard space as well. Nice space for hanging out as a family and playing games as well as access to waterpark and pool nearby.

Great place for entire family.

Nice property, great location, easy to get to all local attractions. Property was clean and met needs of our family. Kids loved the loft area and nice large backyard to play.

The perfect vacation stay

This place was perfect for my family to stay at. It was enough space for us to gather, yet spread out. The kids had their own space to hang out and the patio had plenty of seating for the adults. The driveway space was tight, but the 2 car garage came in handy when we had nearby family come over for dinner (since you can't park in the street). Convenient location for all attractions - I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Property was just as described, 9 people total in our group and the space was perfect. Close to waterpark and 5 minute drive to the amusement park. Nice to have the outdoor pool so close. Used the patio a lot and enjoyed the neighborhood. Would stay there again!

Excellent Cabin!

We enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was very nice and equipped with everything needed. The host ‘Bailey’ was absolutely amazing to work with! Very understanding as our travel plans were delayed a bit getting there. Would definitely stay again and hope to in the future!! Our only regret is we didn’t bring enough family as there was plenty of room and beds for many to stay! Thanks again for everything.

Stay

Our stay there was good for the most part. The house was nice, lacked a few kitchen items vut we made it work. The issue we had was the main door wouldn't unlock. The garage door unlocked with the code the furst day and wouldnt the second day thru the fourth day. Contacted the owner and she said someone would come fix it and no one did. We had to take all our personal possesions with each time we left duento the house not being locked. I was very frustrated.

Great rental close to amenities!

Bailey was very helpful, checkin & checkout process were easy! Living area & kitchen were nice layout with plenty of space. Patio had nice touches, lots of room. Pool across street & walking distance to water park. Short drive to Arnold’s park & other local attractions. Definitely recommend!
