Unclean property and unprofessional host!
The property was VERY dirty - downstairs floor was so dirty that our foot soles turned black, there were dead bugs and debris in the bed linens, the fridge looked like it wasn't cleaned since the last booking. The property is listed for sale and per the property manager, wasn't used for a while. The place was clearly not cleaned prior to our stay. We tried reaching the owner multiple times at the number he provided but got no response. He eventually responded the day after we checked in and finally put us in touch with the property manager who said that cleaners weren't available to come over to clean. We ended up cleaning the place ourselves. Even though the listing said that wifi was available, the owner also did not include the wifi details in the check-in instructions and was non responsive until I said that I would complain to VRBO (a couple of people in our group needed to work remotely during our stay and depended on the fact that wifi would be available, per the listing). The entire experience was horrible, truly regret staying here!
