This spacious cottage offers lots of potential for your year round cottage rental from shallow water entry, to a level lot to play on the sand beach along with a small trail cut for walking. This one level ranch is easy to get around with a nice great room and extended family eating area.
The 6 bed room house sleeps 12 comfortably with High speed internet and TV and games room included. Read a book, take a stroll on the property and enjoy the peaceful outdoors.
Rental is for the full house with 6 bedroom include 2 king sized beds, 3 queens and a bedroom designed for kids with a single-over-double bunk bed plus an additional single bed.
Full kitchen, large living room plus a TV/games room. Towels and linens are provided.
In the winter, enjoy access to the snowmobile trail across the lake or even ice fishing on the lake. In the fall, enjoy spectacular fall colours and hiking on the property that includes both forest, wet land areas. Lots of places outside to enjoy the property, have a camp fire on the beach or around the fire-pit.
We supply lots of "toys" for you to enjoy including kayaks and paddle boards and canoe for the water.
Rental includes full use of the house. The property has many different spaces to enjoy. The house site, with expansive back yard and great view of the lake, a long dock and lots of room to play on the sandy beach.
