"Room and bathroom was very clean. The hotel is showing its age but easy to see that they tried to improve things but the quality- eg paint job was poor. "

"No cable TV. The only option is to enter personal streaming passwords into the smart TV. Effectively no air-conditioning. There was a small, intermittently functioning window unit in the bedroom of a three-room suite. The controls of the unit were covered in pieces of black electrical tape and set at 75 degrees. Bedroom had a ceiling fan and the living room had a floor fan. Windows open and have screens. No off-street parking. Municipal lot behind the hotel is posted "No Overnight Parking", which apparently is unenforced. On-street parking is posted as limited to two hours, also unenforced. On-site bar is convenient but expensive. $8.75 for a domestic draft beer."

"Clean, comfy rental with everything we needed as a home base for our summer Finger Lakes vacation. Inside was bigger than it looked from the listing pictures. Super cozy living room for hanging out and watching movies. Window air conditioners and ceiling fans kept upstairs and downstairs cool. Appreciated the abundance of glasses, mugs, silverware, plates, etc. Washer toss game was a big hit!"

"This property was as good as ever and without badmouthing another microtel, I recommend this over the one in Olean. Every time I stay here the staff are extremely professional and friendly. Clean room, quality breakfast, everything you should expect from a quality Microtel."
