「Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and Dubraska did her best to help us. The issue was about the rooms. We were first assigned a room where the fridge didn’t work. A technician was supposed to fix it but it never happened. Then, we were offered to use the fridge in another room, which was very uncomfortable. Then we were offered another room to change.
