Great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Cleaning was an issue as the hotel states “we clean when you want us to”, which means you need to request cleaning one day in advance. In practice cleaners would be overbooked and would not always turn up. The spa and pool was completely overcrowded in the weekends as the hotel does not seem to control how many guests they let in. Beer cans were left around saunas and pools with no personnel to be seen to help. Hence, not a good environment for families with children.

Beware of undisclosed fees. When booking, the hotel is presented as offering amenities such as a pool, spa, sauna, and hot tub. However, approximately three days before departure - we received an email stating that access to the pool/sauna/hot tub area would cost an additional 300 SEK (about $30) per person, per day. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, and the timing left little opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Beyond the unexpected fees, the overall standard of the hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, there were champagne corks left on the floor in our room. Several drawers were broken, and the shower did not drain properly, filling with water up to our ankles within minutes. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The spa and pool area, for which the additional daily fee is charged, appeared worn and poorly maintained. In the women’s changing and shower area, there was visible mold, broken lockers, and unclean floors. Given the extra cost, the condition of these facilities was particularly concerning. Breakfast was acceptable, though not memorable. There are many young staff members managing front desk and restaurant operations. They appeared to be doing their best, but the overall inexperience was noticeable and service lacked polish. Overall, the combination of unclear pricing, additional last-minute fees, and maintenance concerns made this a disappointing stay. Transparency and improv

Holiday Club har sett sine beste dager. Jeg har vært her flere ganger med et par års mellomrom. Ødelagte innslippporter til bassenget blir aldri reparert. Det er skittrand i vannkanten på flere bassenger. Den største vannsklia er nesten alltid stengt. Personalet i hovedrestauranten Eatery går rundt med glassaktig blikk og hevder det er travelt når det knapt er folk i restauranten. Det virker som at de ikke vil være der. Når det er sagt, er det likevel er praktisk hotell for barnefamilier. Men hvis du ikke liker å vasse i haugevis med unger, så velg et annet sted.

Hyggelig personale, helt ok hotell. Rommene og bassenget kunne gjerne fått en oppgradering og det hadde vært flott med flere barnestoler tilgjengelig i frokostsalen/restauranten.
