「I stayed this hotel everytime when i can to Odessa!! Hotel located very close to sea. just 3min from beach!! Room is bigger than city center hotel and higherroof than other hotel. and classic luxury styled ‘Botique hotel’ which is elegant and nice taste. most rooms can watch pool and sea view which is nice. 「ほぼ中心街と言えるちくにあり、殆どの観光スポットが徒歩圏内にある。部屋は清潔で快適。バスタブは全室では全室ないらしく、確認して変更してもらえた。WiFi良好。偶々かも知れないが、レセプションに市内地図が無く、観光案内が十分にできないようだった、念たため事前に自分で用意していくのが良いだろう。大きな荷物でなけらば、鉄道駅、南バスターミナルも歩いて15-20分程度。」

「着いた瞬間、なんておしゃれなホテルなんだ！と。場所もいいし、夜行で朝に着いたのに、すぐに部屋を用意してくれるし、過ごしやすい！観光で出ちゃうのもったいないなぁ、と思ってたら、なんと転んで骨折をしてしまい、人生初の骨折に絶望してたら、フロントの女性が夜遅いにも関わらず緊急病院を探して、一緒に行ってくれました。本当に心強く、また親切に接していただき、有り難かったです（お金も立て替えてくれていた。そして、チェックアウト時に精算。ちなみに保険なしで7000円ほどでした）。翌日のスタッフもクスリを買って来てくれたり、航空会社に電話してくれたり、全員が親切でした。最後の一日をホテルで過ごすことになったのですが、改めて見るとバリアフリーで快適でした！！！このホテルだったから、異国で観光もせず閉じこもっていても、心折れずに過ごせたと思います。宿泊費的にも朝食はすごい美味しいし（ここで、ウクライナ料理を食べられたし）本当におすすめです！！！！」

「朝食の30ユーロは高すぎる。ティッシュペーバーやトイレットペーパーの準備が悪いが言えばすぐに対応はしてくれた。レストランは値段の割にはあまりおいしいとは言えない。５ツ星にしてはコストパフォーマンスが悪いように思える。ホテル料金はすでに支払済であったが、さらにチェックイン時にミニバー用のdepositとして200ユーロをカードチャージされた。このようなシステムは今まで経験した事がなかったので、少し納得いかなかった。」

「場所が便利。近くに夜遅くまで空いていているスーパーもある。フロントや部屋もアットホームで落ち着きます。レストランから海が見えて眺めがよい。ただ、夜のレセプションの女性が、事前にカードで予約しているに、到着日にカードをキャンセルにして現金で支払ってといわれ、断ってカードの請求書にサインしたのに、間違ってキャンセルしたから明日現金で払ってと言われ、最後はチェックアウト時もいってくるので、何か変でした。」
