"Beautiful hotel with a friendly eco feel. Staff was very professional, the bedroom was large with a patio and a very well organized bathroom. Parking is below the hotel with access to the elevator! Located in the heart of Arcachon with beach and shopping next door!"

"The location was centrally located and the front desk Lady Dominique was very helpful in getting our luggage to the room for us. And had great suggestions for walking to lunch and dinner. The view was amazing for relaxing & having a bottle of wine for sunset over the bay. "

"Hotel was quite basic, towels were not changed during our 4 night stay. The hotel only did breakfast which was bread/croissants/rolls with jam and butter, coffee and orange juice. There was no ham/cheese/fruits/yogurts. There was a good 30 minute walk to where all the main restaurants and shops were. "

I tried to pay the balance through VRBO when it was due but although card details were repeatedly entered to website the payment did not go through so the balance remained unpaid and was very overdue. The website was not clear on this and the property owners were understandably very concerned"

"The property is in a great location and right on the beach. Within walking distance to the centre for restaurants and activities. The pool and pool area are spotless and a great place to relax off the beach. Our room overlooked the pool and beach and our balcony was a great place for sundowners watching the sunset. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in May."
