Opposite the Monoprix supermarket, in a small condominium, discover this approximately 70 sq m (753 sq ft) two-bedroom duplex apartment with a lovely 25 sq m (269 sq ft) terrace.
From the entrance, a hallway leads to a first bedroom, facing north, furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers, and storage space. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes electric hobs, an extractor hood, a microwave, a mini-oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a washing machine. A separate WC with a washbasin provides added convenience. The bright, south-facing living room features two windows overlooking the street, each with its own small Parisian-style balcony. This space comprises a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, and a television, as well as a dining area. Access to the upper floor is via a somewhat steep 13-step staircase. Upstairs, a carpeted landing features a pull-out bed providing two additional sleeping spaces. The second bedroom, facing north and illuminated by a skylight, is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a toilet completes this level. The terrace, approximately 25 m², is a real asset for enjoying al fresco dining or relaxing outdoors, with garden furniture provided. The apartment is accessed via several steps from the street and benefits from an ideal location in the heart of town, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 4 minutes from the municipal market. Situated in a pedestrian zone during the summer, it offers a peaceful environment. Although the apartment has a period feel, it is functional. Street parking is available (fees apply).

Cancellation insurance is included, although it is optional, and end-of-stay cleaning is included, provided that the apartment is regularly maintained during your stay.
