Located in the heart of Arcachon town center, on the seafront promenade, and close to all amenities:
- BEAUTIFUL 71m² 2-bedroom apartment with SEA VIEW on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator:
- Living room with double sofa bed (140x190), TV, and Wi-Fi opening onto a balcony with a BEAUTIFUL sea view. Dining area
- Separate fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and a south-facing balcony.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and a south-facing balcony.
- Bathroom and separate toilet.
- Secure underground parking
- Cleaning included - Pets not allowed
LINEN NOT PROVIDED. Rental options: single bed: €12, double bed: €20, towel kit: €8, bath mat: €3, tea towel: €2

In Arcachon there is something magical about holidays! You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, to the restaurant, to the market, to the Moorish park, to the observatory etc...
or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths which surround the basin of ARCACHON to visit the coast until the dune PILAT.
-The bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.
- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
End of stay cleaning is included.

Appartement lumineux, spacieux et fonctionnel.la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Emplacement de l'appartement ideal. Table de la salle à manger un peu petite pour 6.
