「While the host was responsive, he was unwilling to discuss options when I asked about changing the weekend due to the winter storm that was set to hit the entire state the weekend of our stay. He tried to say that south Texas never gets freezing weather and when I explained that the larger concern would be getting home, he dismissed that in contradiction to the National Weather Service.
