Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort And Spa by IHG

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Roatan. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, the entire hotel was well-maintained and immaculately cleaned, and the amenities were fantastic. The entire pool staff were gracious and helpful, especially Biron and Gilberto who were very kind and full of positive energy. The breakfast was hearty and healthy, the wait staff were awesome, and we appreciated the complimentary juice shots! The beach chairs were clean as was the beach, which was a very short swim to the spectacular coral reef. The snorkeling gear from the activity center was great. Thank you Grand Roatan for an amazing stay!"

"We stayed at Casa Bella- ie Grand Estate on Roatan from July 19-July 26th. Trish Underwood's Family business made our 50th Anniversary very pleasant and memorable for all 11 of us who came. She helped connect us with a driver for the week, visiting chefs, tourist guidance including Dive Shops, Gumbalinda Park, Mono Loco Sunset Cruise, Ruthless Fishing Charters, etc....They are very accomodating, friendly, English speaking and were always thinking about making our week special. They earned their 5 Stars and we'll probably return for another group where a well located and sizeable house which the locals call "The Mansion" ."

"AC was fine , staff was very friendly and I liked the place we're we stayed , Staff helped me with check in as they are in two different locals, that was a little bit unconventional and a quick fix could be made to accommodate customers easily , a snack and refreshment machine could be added for the time being untill a restaurant and bar can be added.Other than that every thing is with in a 10 minute walk.Main pool is excellent with plenty of room for swimming water was like bath water. "

"The house was located in a great location between West Bay and West End. We loved having a pool and our own dock to snorkel off of. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The screened porch was amazing too! Sarah was a wonderful host and very helpful!"

"The location and the trailer itself were perfect. Right on the beach and within a short walk to West End. We also walked to West Bay, three times during our stay. It was about a 30 minute walk, but really a nice walk. The sunsets were beautiful. The coffee machine was a favourite of my teenagers. They had kayaks that we took out to see the reef. The beach was clean. You can swim right out front, but . We cooked freshly caught fish on the BBQ and had fires at night. Really great spot!"
