「House was very clean and well presented. It is off-road. All amenities functioned with handy guide book and Alexa to help.Communication throughout was very effective. Location was quiet but within 200m of a very nice pub/rrestaurant. Near to Kirby Lonsdale with many eating places and pubs. Private parking. 」

「Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. One of the bedrooms does have a particularly un-private toilet in it, which may trouble some people. But overall,...

「Stayed for 1 night end of December really close to the main road where all the shops and restaurants are and only about 15 mins walk to lake front. Definitely recommend 」

「The cottage is extremely well kitted out, with a top class tea room and small general store in the village, just 40 metres away. There's no garden but enough room to sit outside at the front and have an evening drink. We didn't try the pub but it's worth looking at the reviews for it 😊 Fantastic walking from the door, and if the weather is good you can even swim in the river across the fields.」
