"Was in town for concert. The check was very efficient. Staff pleasant and professional. Room immaculate! 1 issue for me was no vending machines.and I needed a soda. But the staff assisted me by retrieving a drink from the bar even though the bar was closed. Hotel was quiet despite the huge crown Pillows were heavenly 10/10 would stay here again"

"The place was beautiful, hotel employees very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was when I left, had to wait over 35 minutes for my car-THEY LOST MY CAR! We had to ask what happened after everyone who came after got their car, then took about 10 minutes for them to say they found it. I did not like that too much!"

"The room and staff were perfect. We did not have time to try the free happy hour. Breakfast in the morning was very good and there was plenty of seating. The only thing we did not enjoy was that the public restrooms on amenity floor were not unlocked during posted hours. And the family restroom around the corner was unlocked, but out of toilet paper. The location was great for walking around town and going to the ballpark."
