「It was a unique property in a very central location. Great bed and bathroom. I missed not having a separate breakfast room where we could have coffee and a pastry. Our window also backed onto a walkway and while they did a nice job making it private, it was quite noisy that weekend during the springfest. Not soundproof.」

「Lovely stay in residential area just outside Parma. Elena was a vety welcoming and gracious host. She helped with dinner reservations and recommended a guide for food tour of area. Property has lovely outdoor space for warmer weather including outdoor pool. Short stay but would definitely recommend and return in the future.」

「You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator.
