部屋の中の冷蔵庫が何故か使えないようになっていた。コロナ対策とも思えませんでした。その他、ロケーションや設備は全く問題ありません。中華街も近く、食事にも困りません。

とてもおすすめのホテルです。
チェックインの時間より少し早めでしたが、お部屋を案内して頂けました。お部屋は、シックで椅子とカーテンが素敵でした。窓からは、遠くにいくつかの教会を眺望できました。 あいにくアントワープの町は、滞在中２日間トラム、地下鉄、バスといった交通機関が殆ど機能していないような状態で、駅前のこのホテルを予約していて良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。 レストランは、９時くらいを境にかなり混み合うので、朝食時にアントワープ駅を窓側の席で見られたい方は、気持ち早めに朝食会場に向かわれると良いと思います。 難点と言いますと手洗いのシンクに大きなダメージがあり、最近このようなランクの高いホテルでさえ、よく見受けられる様になって来たことで、気持ち残念が残ってしまうことでしょうか。

ホテル側の都合でキャンセルされた挙げ句、代替で提供されたホテルも予約していたのより安く条件が良くなかった。 結果的に一部払い戻しされることになったが交渉に時間を要し、当初の対応に誠意が感じられなかった。

Airco deed het niet de 1e nacht.. heel raar systeem ook. Om het koel te krijgen moet je de schakelaar naar cool zetten de graden naar 30 wat nergens op slaat. Zwembad is ook aardig smal en vol in de avond. Je moet het echt hebben van de locatie hier. Ik zou het 3 sterren geven en het ontbijt 3.5 vergeleken met een spanje, of engeland.

We love this property because of its proximity to and view of the train station. This time we got a room with a view - thoroughly enjoyed that as the sky changed from afternoon sun to dusk to dark to morning sun! The breakfast buffet is not great and both times we've stayed here the checkin process has been quite lengthy - I think we were in line about 40 minutes this time.

The security safe had been removed, the room was smaller than illustrated, no work station, internally noisy, room was supposed to have a view, the room was worn down, some of the plugs worked, none of the usb ports were operational, congested hotel, dinner took 90 min to prepare, limited staff and support on the day of check in, i arrived 1 hour early after a transatlantic flight and was told to come back in an hour. I will not visit again.

The price of this hotel's rooms is too high in my opinion. I spent a fortune to stay in an incredibly hot room which I could not cool down because according to the front desk "the whole hotel was on heating mode and couldn't be changed". I ended up having to sleep with the window open (barely open for the necessary security lock) enduring the external noises throughout the night. I also want to point out that I booked a room-only rate hoping to save a bit, but I feel it was still a pretty expensive option. The breakfast was an additional 27 euros/day which seems an exorbitant amount of money for a single meal: I spent less eating a steak in a nearby restaurant! I must also point out that the housekeeping staff was pretty noisy in the hallway during the morning; I wanted to sleep in since I was on holiday but more than once I got woken up by them tossing around the vacuum cleaner and talking loudly to each other across the hallway. Finally, I asked for a king bed and got a room with 2 twin pushed together. As a fairly large individual, I rolled over during the night and found myself on the floor when the two beds drifted apart. I definitely cannot recommend this property.

Radisson Blu Disappoints in English Language TV
The Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel in Antwerp is a superior hotel: central location, comfortable rooms, nice bar and restaurant, fitness center and even an indoor pool. So what’s to complain about? The lack of English speaking news channels on its TV. BBC, CNN, EuroNews, even Al Jazeera are not available because they are high definition. (Thankfully, there is France 24 in English!) English is widely spoken in Antwerp so one would think English-speaking guests at the Radisson would be better accommodated. Travellers who value their hotel stays as more than just a bed to sleep in, appreciate the TV in their room as much as the bed.
