Luxurious villa at Cap d'Antibes

  • On 1500 m2 of garden, heated swimming pool, facing south, the house is very clear, it enjoys a glimpse of the sea. Parking for 3 cars, bowling green, large terraces with plancha near the pool. The beaches are 10 mins walk, and some shops 5 mins. There houses were completely restored in 2014, all bathrooms, sanitary and bedding are at most 4 years old. The area is very quiet, the interior of Cap d'Antibes being frequented only by residents.
    The house has four double bedrooms and three shower rooms.
