It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "La maison était parfaite pour organiser un séjour familial, les instructions d'arrivées étaient claires en revanche pas d'état des lieux ni à l'arrivée ni au départ (nous avons attendu le jour du départ pour voir si quelqu'un viendrait mais non, et ce malgré une demande de la conciergerie de partir à 10h). La maison est propre mais abîmée par endroits d'où l'étonnement de non état des lieux entre locataires. Enfin nous avons regretté que la cuisine ne soit pas plus fonctionnelle pour une famille...
