Modern Beach House with excellent location

  • Direct Beach Access, fully renovated beach house. Brand new pool renovated in 2026, Main floor master suite that walks out to large outdoor living space. Two story house with first floor living so you will not have endless flights of stairs. 4 large bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half bath and beautiful kitchen with built in wine and beverage cooler. Outdoor living includes private backyard oasis with lots of outdoor seating for hanging out and eating. The screened in porch is a great place to hang out for the whole family or have the kids take an afternoon nap. There is also an outdoor shower. Location is walking distance to local restaurants and bars. 3 minute walk to beach.
