This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance.

This single-family ranch-style home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short drive to all things Ann Arbor.

The home was recently updated with a simple and clean design in mind, featuring new vinyl flooring, paint, decorations, and kitchen appliances. The three upstairs bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen, and two twin beds which together can comfortably sleep six guests. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen, a small living space, and an additional full bath. In the upstairs living/dining area, you will find tons of natural light! Enjoy a cup of coffee out from on the porch at the coffee table. All the upstairs bedrooms are easily accessible for those who have problems getting around.

Additionally, guests are welcome to pass through the garage and enjoy the private backyard space featuring a BBQ grill, a firepit with lawn chairs, and a grass area for fun and games!

Conference getaway

I had an amazing time staying here with my co-fellow for a conference in the city. It was the perfect location from downtown while also having space for ourselves and my dog. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Ann Arbor. Family of four and we needed a place to recoup as we had a loved one undergo major surgery at the hospital that week. It was wonderful to come back to a nice home and be able to relax and take our mind off things. The house was clean and well stocked with all necessities that we needed.

Wonderful experience

The house is much larger than it appears from the outside. Spacious rooms and can easily sleep 8-10 people. Very clean and the location is perfect for anything you plan to do in Ann Arbor.

Great Place for U of M Football Weekend!

We had a great time at Jordan’s place. It was very easy check in and clean upon arrival. Jordan was very responsive. The backyard space is great and very spacious inside, more than enough room for our 6 guests. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Ann Arbor!

Great snowy visit

Great stay. Close enough to everything. We enjoyed exploring downtown Ann Arbor and touring the Michigan campus for a school choice for our teenager. I loved the quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable.

Great home, great location

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of 5 and our little beagle. Location was ideal for access to downtown and to the stadium. You can tell they have put a lot of work into upgrading the home. Jordan was on top of all communication from booking to check in to questions during our stay. We had a great time shopping for National Championship Michigan Wolverine’s gear and also golfing at a few local courses. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard along with our dogs. Overall a nice place to stay.

Graduation Weekend

Wonderful stay! Property was exactly has described, very clean and a convenient location for the UofM dental school graduation. Great rental

House was exactly as described. More than enough room for 6. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Location to downtown Ann Arbor was perfect, less than 10 minute drive. Check in and out was beyond easy. Will definitely look here first next time we need a place to stay in AA.
