「Good clean and close to fair grounds 」

「This is a very nice house, clean and good location. The host always get right back to you. Would stay here again if ever in the area.」

「We arrived and easily checked in with the given code. House was clean and smelled great! Bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper, towels/washcloths, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Each bathroom also had extra items such as ear cleaners, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. Plenty of dishes and cooking items! Loved all the bedroom/sleeping space! We had 11 plus 3 toddlers. We brought a pack ‘n play. Basement is chilly, but lots of fun activities! We played pool, ping pong, arcade games,...

「Home was perfect for our family, that was in town to celebrate a wedding. The space was well laid out and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Location was perfect and there is a nice big park right down the street. Plenty of parking as well. 」

「Stayed for a few nights with friends and the location couldn't be beat! Everything downtown is a stone's throw away. The two-car garage was incredibly convenient for our group. The owners were very helpful and accommodating, and very responsive before, during and after our stay. We encountered only a minor issue and they were quick to address it. Overall, great experience - would stay again next time I'm in town.」

「We were in town for the Iowa State game. About 30 mins from campus in a a nice quiet neighborhood. Jeff was a great host. He checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was ok and even offered early check in. The house was exactly as pictured and had plenty of room for our group of 6. 「Excellent experience!! Check in was easy. The house was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. There are 4 bedrooms, master with a king bed, one with a full bed, another with a queen/double bed, and the 4th with 2 bunk beds. 「Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!」
