Sessiz , ekipman eksiği yok , gözle görülür herhangi bir temizlik kusuru yok , klima çalışır vaziyette gayet memnun kaldık , lokasyon olarak da gayet iyiydi tek sıkıntı buzdolabı düzgün çalışmıyordu görmezden gelinilebilecek bir sorun o yüzden problem yok tekrar tercih edilinebilir bir konaklamaydı .

Özel bir otel

Otel personeli çok çok profesyonel idi. Çok memnun kaldım. Ancak otelin biraz bakıma gereksinimi var. SPA yok rezervasyon sitesinde var gibi yazmışlar. Restorandaki yemekler çok lezzetli idi. Konaklayacaklara kesin tavsiye ederim. Dönemsel fiyat performans oranı çok iyiydi. Uygun fiyat yakalarsam kesinlikle kalmak isterim.

Temizlik gayet iyi seviyede fakat oda tasarımı 20 yıl öncesinin demode karakterinde vasat bir halde , televizyonun sesini son seviyede çatığınızda bile yetersiz kalıyor . F/P olarak yeterli olduğunu düşündüğüm için konakladım , beklentileriniz çok büyük değilse konaklayabilirsiniz . 10/7.8 alır .

部屋からの眺めは良かった

プールの監視係のスタッフも、朝食会場のスタッフも非常に感じが良かった。プールの水が冷たすぎる。食事は値段を考えたら妥当な内容だった。お風呂場のタイルにカビが大量にあり不愉快だった。冷蔵庫が壊れていた。

The Worst Experience: Total Disrespect and Broken

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Before booking online, I called the reservations desk and received verbal confirmation that we would be provided with an extra bed. However, when we arrived late at night, despite being exhausted, we were kept waiting in the lobby for over an hour. The night staff told us that since the morning staff made the promise, they could not honor it. As a result, I had to spend the entire night sitting in a chair. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior was truly shocking to me.

Lovely staff but needs refurbishment.

Lovely staff, they were the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also good (Turkish style breakfast). However, the hotel itself need a little refurbishment. I asked to switch rooms, but even the non-smoking rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. On another negative note, I had issues with other male guest trying to get into my room late at night, scary but reception were quick to help. I also heard other male guests shouting late into the night, which is not the hotel’s fault, but it has put me off coming back.

This hotel is for IOM interview people

This is a old hotel with a very unfriendly service. They will charge you extra with any excuse they get. There are only refugees stay here, lots kids, noises and slow elevators. Avoid if you can .
