「Superbe hôtel très bien décoré les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand balcon , nombreux rangements, cafetière à disposition peignoir et pantoufles fournis, il y’a une piscine intérieure mais je trouve qu elle n est pas assez chauffée dommage, il y’a un bar et un restaurant… il y a aussi un spa à l étage inférieur. Les massages sont exceptionnels une salle de sport est également à disposition. Le parking est gratuit . Seul bémol pas grand chose à l extérieur de l hôtel 」

「We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen! Het menu van het diner werd zelfs voor ons aangepast. Het ontbijt was voor ons extra vroeg geserveerd omdat we vroeg weg wilden. Heerlijk rustige plek buiten de stad, komen er zeker nog eens terug!」

「Ce n'est pas la première fois que l'on s'arrête là. C'est calme, il y a toujours de la place pour se garer. Le plus en été, c'est la piscine . Les appartements sont propres, spacieux et la literie est très bien. Les prix sont très corrects. On recommande. 」

「リヨンでの定宿にしているのですが、時々残念なことがあります。過去には、車道側の低層階は意外と車の音がうるさかったり、バス＆トイレの設備が微妙に壊れていたりしましたが、今回は液晶テレビの故障でした。部屋そのものは、鉄道側の高層階で眺めもよく騒音も少なかったのですが、結局滞在中に壊れたテレビが交換（修理）されることはありませんでした。私自身はフランス語が分かるわけではないので番組を見たかった訳ではないのですが、天気予報を見たり時間を確認したりしますので、あった方が便利です。レセプションの女性はすぐに対応してくれたのですが、サービス部門が動かなかったようです。 ここまで書くとクレームのようですが、参考になればと思い投稿しました。日本のホテルのような過剰サービスは期待できませんが、頑張って交渉すれば部屋を変えてもらえたかもしれません。次にトラブルがあれば、交渉してみようと思っています。」

「Location is good. Big shopping mall is nearby, and good access to the motorway. And building is well managed. Even though, we were disapointed by the attitude of receptionist. Even we requested small bed for our kid on hôtels.com web site, when we confirmed at check in timing, receptionist said "we did not prepare it as you did not request it". Luckily we had printed paper of our reservation, we could show it, then she replied, 'even you have sofa bed in your room, do you need baby bed?'. Maybe...

「私はホテルのコンサルトをしていた10年間インテリアコーディネーターです。とても快適にホテルでの滞在をすごさせてもらいました。リヨンの郊外の静かな場所に立つこのホテルはお客様に安眠を保証してくれます。バスで30分の場所にあり近くのバス停には大型スーパーがあります。また、奥まった場所にある隣のレジデンスは過去の古城を再利用しているような場所でした。そのためか、ホテルも歴史を感じながらも広い敷地で心を寛がせる事ができます。客室はとてもオーセンティックなものですが、その分価格も抑えて利用する事ができます。また朝ごはんもとても充実しております。美味しいパンとおかずを提供してくれました。スタッフも24時間駐在しておりますので、安心して滞在する事ができます。私は日本人なので、これで温浴施設がついていたら最高だな！と思いました。ちなみに、カンファレンスルームやミーティングルームもあるため、会社の研修によく使われる施設だそうです。」

「An amazing place. A unique experience in an old castle with charming rooms and a peaceful garden where we had a peaceful afternoon in the shadow under a 200 year old tree, reading a book and sharing a bottle of rose wine. In the evening the host Stephan cooked a delicious 5-course meal served in the garden. This place is a rare pearl and comes highly recommended. We stayed an extra night!! The breakfast was just as delicious with homemade yogurt, bread fresh juice and cheese and ham and pâté....
