We saw very little of the staff and when we did they were smiley and friendly but couldn't understand us,which was difficult because they didn't empty the bins or change the towels and there was no information in the room telling us what the procedure was regarding this. Not enough cutlery, only one knife and there was no plug for microwave and no tea towels. No restaurant or bar which would be a problem if you didn't hire a car. Beautiful surroundings...
