"The room had poor thermal insulation and the heating was not working.
The room had no phonic insulation and all the noise from the next room was heard like no wall was separating. So, not much sleep as these guys yelled and argues the whole night.
Door was ill fit, there was an inch between the door and the floor.
The property advertised that a private parking was available nearby, but it was just street parking. This was the first read flag, since when I asked I only got generic answers.
