「We all loved the lake house!! The setting was serene and beautiful and only 20 minutes to UConn where my son is a student. The house was well equipped and even more spacious than we thought. We used the kayaks and my teen son fished off the dock. It was an absolutely perfect weekend and we did not want to leave! The hosts were quick to respond and wonderful to work with. 「This is a cute, compact 1BR, 1 Bath cottage with great lake access with just a short walk. Good communication from the owner, easy access to Storrs and neighboring towns, and very clean. Loft area has limited space, but the main bedroom is quite comfortable. The only challenges were unrelated to the property (loud neighbors, disputes both nights) and sulfer smell in the water (easily fixed with a Brita pitcher)」
