Big dock, it features a great view, a large back lawn with easy access to the lake, 2 large fireplaces, decks overlooking the lake, wireless internet, and a charcoal grill.

A Second living area on the lower floor is great games, small meeting, watching TV, or just relaxing on the couch.

Visit to view Clememson University

We had a short stay. The host had the AC and a light on when we arrived which was very thoughtful. The house is beautifully located. Loved sitting on the covered dock in the morning with my coffee and listening to all the beautiful birds. The house is very comfortable. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and pillows. Well stocked. Wish we had a couple more days to enjoy the place.

Great location - peaceful getaway

Very clean and easy to find. Location on the lake was so perfect and quiet. Kitchen was nicely stocked and plenty of linens and towels. Would recommend!

Lake House Serenity!

Rented for parents weekend. 20-25 min. From Clemson. Had a great stay! Great View of lake from house and wonderful dock. Host was very accommodating.

Perfect Waterfront Home on Hartwell

Our family stayed in this home during a bass fishing tournament that my son was fishing in. The location was minutes to Green Pond Landing where the weigh-ins were each day. The property was private and amazing. The house was comfortable and extremely clean. We will definitely book this home in the future.

Great family retreat! Guys love the fishing, Gals swimming ,. Grill out and watched the sunsets. Hope to return. Clean w/lots of space. If one needed anything just minutes away. Host was always ready to answer questions or help in any way.

Book Club Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house on Lake Hartwell! Our hostess and team were very conscientious and helpful in taking care of all our needs. Totally recommend this property and this hostess for a lakefront vacation! The house accommodated our group well: we had a dining table around which all of us could gather, and there was sufficient space in the family room for us all to sit and discuss books. Everyone enjoyed the access to the lake - some had fun in the water and some were spectators -- and a great location for conversations and relaxing. The deck overlooking the lake was also a great place to hang out and chat after dinner. Many thanks to Tina for a lovely and memorable stay!

Exceeded expectations

My family stayed at this lovely lakefront property for my daughter’s graduation. Not only was the home clean, welcoming, and fully supplied, I can’t say enough good things about the property manager and Kathy and her husband. Every request was met with grace and kindness. I truly felt like I was staying with friends. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. Thank you for sharing your home with us and helping us make wonderful memories.

Remarkably quiet with outstanding view

We had a great, relaxing stay at this large house. The view out back was of the lake. Nice path down to the large dock. The house is older but in good shape. Everything worked just fine. The space is perfect - two bedrooms down and two up on the main level. Covered carport was nice to get out of the sun. There was a large deck and a patio but we didn't use it because of the excess heat. This is a really quiet neighborhood. Location is outstanding - close to grocery stores, eating places, and close to Anderson for any other shopping. The owner and managers were close, responsive, and very nice. Would definitely consider going back!

Spacious and comfortable home with a view!

Stayed three nights while visiting our children who attend Clemson University. It’s about a half drive to Clemson from the house. House is spacious, clean, well organized. Very safe, quiet neighborhood with steps leading to the dock. Pretty views! Some of our family met us there and we had plenty of room. Two king beds (one up, one down), twin beds in one room, queen in another. One king room had its own bathroom as did queen room. Water pressure good and hot water came quickly. Cabinets were labeled so you weren’t hunting for things. Lots of couches and chairs. HUGE TVs. We came for a long weekend but this would be a great spot for a week long family vacation. Especially appreciated not being met with a list of jobs we had to complete upon checkout. There was no list! Out of gratefulness for this deviation of VRBOs new norm, I stripped our sheets and emptied our bathroom wastebasket. Haha! Definitely recommend.

This is a very nice house in a convenient location. The dock and views are fantastic. Communications with Tina were quick and easy. If we visit the area again with the whole family, we'll be sure to stay here.

Great Location

Very clean. Tina was very receptive and communication was great. Sunset views are amazing. We stayed over Memorial weekend and could see the fireworks from the shores of Asbury. We look forward to coming back.
