Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular. Northern Lights may be visible from August-April. During the months of May-July, there is not enough darkness to see the Northern Lights. Wild animals are frequent visitors to the property. Brown and Black Bears, Moose, Lynx, Coyotes, Wolves, Wolverines, Porcupines, Eagles, Owls, Snowshoe Hare, Ravens, and even a Golden Retriever have all been visitors to this property.
