I liked the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. When traveling alone it gives the opportunity for community gatherings. During my 4 day stay, the first day my bathroom was not cleaned; but once I spoke up the problem was resolved and the housekeeping staff not only changes the towels but cleaned the restroom as well. I would stay here again.

The service provided at the hotel was great but I am having a problem with the hotel having double charged me for a gift shop purchase. I contacted hotel and waiting to hear from Accounting for assistance. The hotel was alright.

Hotel was conveniently located for my purposes. It does need a bit of TLC, as it is a bit run down. The carpet, walls, and doors are considerably worn. The breakfast is terrific as is happy hour. Staff is polite and accommodating. It is extremely disappointing that $25.00 (plus tax) is charged for parking. On my last day, housekeeping skipped my room, which was very unfortunate to walk into after a long day. Not sure I would stay at this property again.
