My stay at this hotel was far from what I expected. I made the reservation in advance without any warning about ongoing renovations, only to be informed the day before arrival that there would be painting and construction during my visit. This last-minute notice was frustrating and definitely affected my experience.
The room I was given faced an interior area, so it had no access to natural light, and the noise and activity outside the window made it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, the carpet was noticeably stained and seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time, which made the space feel neglected.
I reached out to see if I could be relocated to another room or even a different property, but the staff said there were no alternatives available. I found the level of customer service to be disappointing for a place that should prioritize guest comfort.
I'm hoping the management takes this feedback seriously and offers at least a partial refund. If that happens, I’ll consider updating this review.
