「The Montimerso Skyscape was serene. Surrounded by nature and old medieval towns, it was the perfect mini honeymoon getaway. The staff were so nice and welcoming. We felt so at peace. The infinity pool was nice to relax by in the hot afternoons. They have the 2 cutest dogs on the property that come to greet you. At night you are filled with beauty night sky’s and the calm of nature.」

「The place had AC, overlooks the old castle, had a good breakfast, and is calm and cool at night. The owners were willing to help with any of our needs. The town is small and quiet so it was a relaxing stay. Overall very nice place! 」

「This is a beautiful, peaceful hotel. The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. It would serve perfectly as a retreat and invites meditation. There are no TVs in the rooms, but there's a big TV in a common room. The building also houses artwork and small museums. It's a bit isolated. The restaurant wasn't open the night we were there, but we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant 700 meters away. You can also go to the castle for dinner. The hotel breakfast...

「Very pleasant surprise. The Quinta was purchased by a well-off German back in 2017. He seem to have made it his pet project. Spared no expense to make it a top-notch retreat. The suite we stayed in was originally a horse stable that was turned into a super modern, large place with the help of some leading Lisbon design firm, while keeping some of it’s original features.
