"I've read some of the reviews and did not experience any of the issues others have encountered. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful, he changed my room for a higher floor with a view. Also, the property was spotless. I found it quiet although you can hear some squeezing floors above which only adds to the charm of the hotel! It's a beautiful building and the rooms are very nicely appointed. Location is perfect. The breakfast though was just okay (not much selection). Would not hesitate to stay here again."
