「We loved staying at the Alaia resort. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked well and the property was well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!」

「Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible...

「Great stay overall! The hotel is perfectly located — about 20 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to Secret Beach, making it easy to explore while still enjoying some peace and quiet. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax after a day of adventures. Being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown made the stay feel calm and refreshing. The food and drinks were very good, though definitely on the expensive side. Worth it for convenience and quality, but something to keep in...
