"Feel the price was way too high. There were no end tables in the living room, so it echoed when you went in no place to sit something if you were watching tv. There were no dressers to unpack your closed only hangers in the closet. Arrived and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. No games, no pens, no paper. It was hard to use the microwave because it was up so high. There is no heat in the back bathroom and there are no towel bars in that bathroom so the only place to put a towel was over the shower rod. Very disappointed for the money I paid. I will say the place was clean and easily accessible. And the host was very nice, accommodating and easy to talk to. "

"Had a wonderful stay while visiting family over the holidays. This house was the perfect little size for my son and myself. It was very comfortable in every way. The host was very communicative and attentive to any needs we may have had. Loved how well everything was labeled. It was easy to know which switches controlled which lights in the house. I will definitely have this place at the top of my list for any future stays in Derby KS"

"The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. "
