"This is a good hotel and nicely located close to Tivoli. We had a junior suite on top floor and the views were great. Service in the restaurant was very slow. No fridge or minibar in room. No complimentary water in room. Room cleans need to be booked every day and then they did not provide clean glasses or cups. I’d stay again but there are simple things that could help make it better."

I was impressed right from my arrival even though I had expected the fees to be debited from the account I supplied at the point of booking. Regardless, the staff were courteous, respectful and attentive. Crown Plaza offers an experience worthy of my return. I definitely recommend this hotel to tourists, business travelers, friends or family getaway and anyone seeking relaxation and a satisfying hospitality experience."

"It’s like a cruise cabin, but on land. So cool, never stayed in one before. If you are just in for a night or two and just need a bed and a shower, this is perfect."

"We stayed in the room for four which was worth the cost as we had more floor room. The showers leaked and hit the ceiling. They way the showers are built there is no lip so water roams out. We made towel barriers. It worked good enough. It is what you get from the market. All else was fine."
