「The front desk staff was cheerful and spoke Japanese, which was nice. The place was clean and tidy」

「Clean, brand new hotel. Decent free breakfast. Decent food for dinner. No housekeeping for four night stay, even when requested. We were told they were short staffed. Had to go to linen closet each day for towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. We stayed in a suite that was quite large and chose it because it had a mini kitchen. It even included a dishwasher, but sponge, detergent, etc. were not provided. The cabinets were empty with the exception of utensils and maybe 2 bowls and 2 plates....

「Beautiful hotel」

「new and very clean!」

「Really clean nice rooms. I think someone smoked in my room I didn’t ask to switch but they were helpful and I bet would have let me if I asked」
